To participate in the auctions, you need a customer account and must be from Europe or Switzerland. It is important that you observe our auction rules. If, for example, there is no possibility for us to send animals to your country by animal shipping, you may only bid if you have the possibility to pick up the animal within 8 weeks from us in 68799 DE- Reilingen or near the border in a GO! express station (our Swiss customers, for example, are happy to drive to the station in Freiburg). If you come from Denmark, we can ship to a station near the border in Flensburg, for example. For our friends from the Netherlands it would be Aachen or  Essen. Our friends from Italy, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia etc. could theoretically collect from a GO! Express station in Austria. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone, chat or mail.

• We are offering free handover of our auction animals at the Hamm show.
  

• Please place bids if you are willing to actually buy the animal at your bid.

• Payment must be received by us no later than 2 days (48 hours) after the end of the auction. Payment in installments or purchase by Easy Credit is not possible in this case.

• The animal must be dispatched or collected from us in 68799 DE- Reilingen within 8 weeks of the end of the auction. 

• For live animals we only accept payment by bank transfer or cash on collection at our facility.

• Persons under the age of 18 must obtain permission from their parents or legal guardians

• Auctions that are won and not paid, result in the person concerned being excluded from future auctions.

• For auctions, we charge a flat rate of 30€ for shipping animals within Germany. Our free pet shipping from 270€ does not apply to auctions!

• Our auctions may have different durations. However, each auction has a minimum duration of 48 hours (2 days).

• Bids are to be placed by 10€ increasments. This means that the next bid must be increased by at least 10€ or more. For example, if the bid stands at 120€, you must increase your bid to minum 130€.
  
  
• The current bid is always the maximum bid. This means that if you outbid the current bid, the bid increases to your maximum bid. Auction model like in an auction house, not like ebay.

• Each auction has a starting bid or minimum price. If the minium price is not reached, the highest bidder will be notified.

• Automatic extension by 10 minutes if bids are placed in the last 5 minutes of the auction. Example: The highest bid is 170€. A bid of €180 is received at 19:28, which extends the auction until 19:38. If another bid is received at 19:38, the auction is extended by a further 10 minutes until 19:48. This continues until no bids are placed for 10:59 minutes. If no bids are placed in the last 5 minutes of the auction.

• The winner will receive the exact animal shown in the auction, this is not an example photo.

We can ship our ballpythons to the following countries:

Auktionen Info & Regeln

Um an den Auktionen teilzunehmen, benötigst du ein Kundenkonto und musst aus Europa oder der Schweiz sein. Dabei ist wichtig, dass du unsere  Auktionsregeln beachtest. Gibt es zB. keine Möglichkeit, dass wir Tiere per Tierversand in dein Land versenden, darfst du nur bieten, wenn du die Möglichkeit hast, dass Tier innerhalb von 8 Wochen bei uns in 68799 DE- Reilingen oder grenznah in einer GO! Express Station abzuholen (unsere Schweizer Kunden zB. fahren dafür gerne in die Station nach Freiburg). Kommst du aus Dänemark, können wir zB. grenznah in eine Station nach Flensburg versenden. Für unsere Freunde aus den Niederlanden wäre es zB. Aachen oder Essen. Unsere Freunde aus Italien, der Slowakei, Ungarn, Slowenien, Kroatien usw. könnten theoretisch in einer GO! Express Station in Österreich abholen. Bei Fragen könnt ihr uns gerne telefonisch oder schriftlich kontaktieren. 

 Auktion Regeln:

• Übergabe von Auktionstieren auf der Terraristika in Hamm ist möglich.

• Bitte gebe nur Gebote ab, wenn du bereit bist, dass Tier zu deinem Gebot auch tatsächlich zu kaufen.

• Die Zahlung muss spätestens 2 Tage (48 Std) nach Ablauf der Auktion bei uns eingehen. Ratenzahlung ist in diesem Fall leider nicht möglich.
  
  
• Der Tierversand oder die Abholung bei uns in 68799 DE- Reilingen, muss spätestens nach 8 Wochen ab Auktionende erfolgen. 
  
  
• Für lebende Tiere akzeptieren wir nur Zahlungen per Banküberweisung oder Bar bei Abholung in unseren Geschäftsräumen.
  
  
• Personen unter 18 Jahren müssen die Erlaubnis ihrer Eltern oder Erziehungsberechtigten einholen.
  
  
• Auktionen die gewonnen und nicht bezahlt werden, führen zum Ausschluss der betreffenden Person von zukünftigen Auktionen.
  
  

• Bei Auktionen berechnen wir für den Tierversand innerhalb Deutschlands pauschal 30€. Unsere Frei Haus Tierversand Lieferung ab 270€ gilt bei Auktionen nicht!
  
  

 Allgemeine Info:

• Unsere Auktionen können verschiedene Laufzeiten haben. Jede Auktion hat jedoch eine Mindestlaufzeit von 48 Stunden (2 Tage).
  
  
• Gebote werden in 10€ Erhöhungsschritten abgegeben. Das bedeutet, das nächste Gebot muss mindestens um 10€ oder mehr erhöht werden. Steht das Gebot zB. bei 120€, musst du mindestens 130€ bieten.
  
  
• Das aktuelle Gebot ist immer das Maximalgebot. D.h. wenn du das aktuelle Gebot überbietest, erhöht sich das Gebot auf dein Maximalgebot. Versteigerungsmodell wie in einem Auktionshaus, nicht wie bei ebay.

• Jede Auktion startet mit einem Mindestgebot oder hat einen Mindestpreis. Wird dieser nicht erreicht, erhält der Höchstbietende einen Hinweis.
  
  
• Automatische Verlängerung um 10 Minuten, wenn in den letzten 5 Minuten der Auktion Gebote abgegeben werden. Beispiel:  Das höchste Gebot liegt bei 170€. Um 19:28 Uhr geht ein Gebot von 180€ ein, wodurch die Auktion bis 19:38 Uhr verlängert wird. Wenn um 19:38 Uhr ein weiteres Gebot eingeht, wird die Auktion um weitere 10 Minuten bis 19:48 Uhr verlängert. Das geht so weiter, bis 10:59 Minuten lang keine Gebote abgegeben werden. Wenn in den letzten 5 Minuten der Auktionen keine Gebote abgegeben werden, wird die automatische Verlängerung (OVERTIME) nicht ausgelöst. Alle Auktionen werden automatisch vom Shop System aufgerufen und der Gewinner wird per E-Mail benachrichtigt.
  
  
• Der Gewinner bekommt exakt das abgebildete Tier aus der Auktion, es handelt sich dabei nicht um ein Beispiel-Foto.
